This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on luve.world, operated by Metamorphoseon S.r.l. Unipersonale.
Shipping countries
We ship to the countries available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
Order processing and fulfillment
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Orders may be fulfilled directly by Metamorphoseon S.r.l. Unipersonale using selected couriers, or through third-party logistics and fulfillment providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
The fulfillment method may vary depending on product availability, destination, warehouse location, courier availability and operational needs.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where applicable.
Shipping times and costs
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, force majeure events, incorrect delivery information, fulfillment provider operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Metamorphoseon S.r.l. Unipersonale is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us or to our fulfillment provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email or through the order confirmation system after shipment.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier or fulfillment provider and may take some time to become available.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union or European Economic Area, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import procedures or local authorities.

Shipping restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if shipping to the selected destination is not possible or legally permitted.
