Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on luve.world, operated by Metamorphoseon S.r.l. Unipersonale.
Returns
Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
Customers outside the European Union and European Economic Area, including customers in the United States, may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product meets the return conditions below.

Please include your order number, full name and the product you wish to return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- intact;
- unopened;
- unused;
- in its original packaging;
- complete with any seals, protective membranes, closure systems, labels and information materials;
- accompanied by proof of purchase or order reference.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, are no longer in their original intact packaging, have an altered closure or protection system, or are otherwise unsuitable for resale.
This does not affect the customer’s rights in the event of defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or if the order is incomplete.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed, Metamorphoseon S.r.l. Unipersonale will provide, in accordance with applicable law, a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
Return costs
For returns due to change of mind, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by Metamorphoseon S.r.l. Unipersonale or required by applicable law.
For defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products, return costs will not be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
For customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal under EU or EEA consumer law, refunds will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
For other approved returns, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
For EU or EEA withdrawals, standard initial delivery costs will be refunded. Additional costs for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Direct product exchanges are not available.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order on luve.world.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
